The Indian women's boxing contingent ended the World Boxing Championships campaign with a record of four medals. India finished with a rich haul of one silver that was bagged by Manju Rani and three bronze medals bagged by Lovlina Borgohain, Jamuna Boro, and MC Mary Kom in their respective categories. While Borgohain repeated her feat of last year to take her second consecutive bronze medal, Boro picked a bronze in a smashing debut at the World Championships.
