After months of home confinement, the Indian shuttlers are all set to come on court at the Denmark Open 2020 which is to commence from October 13. The Super 750 tournament will mark the return of international badminton in 2020 for the first time since the All England Open in March. However, it will not offer any ranking points for the players, with the list remaining frozen as of March 2020. The Indian side will have a lot to prove this time in wake of some disappointing performances from them in the past few tournaments, also, there are only four Indian shuttlers participating in the tournament as senior ones had pulled out citing various reasons. With Kento Momota withdrawing from the event, it would be a great opportunity for Kidambi Srikanth to win the Denmark Open title for a second time after 2017.
