Tennis: Sinner survives Tsitsipas comeback to progress to Rome

Italian wild card Jannik Sinner held off Stefanos Tsitsipas' comeback in Rome to record the second top-10 win of his career. Sinner led 6-1, 5-2 in their second round clash, but Tsitsipas clawed his way back into the contest, taking the second set in a tie-break. But 19-year-old Sinner was stronger in the decider. The home favourite will face 15th seed Grigor Dimitrov in the last 16.
