Tennis : Pliskova beats Halep to reach semis of WTA Finals

Karolina Pliskova defeated Simona Halep 6-0, 2-6, 6-4 to clinch the last semi-final spot of the WTA Finals. The Czech will face Australian world number one Ashleigh Barty in the last four in Shenzhen.
