Barbora Krejcikova spoke after winning 6-2, 6-0 against former Grand Slam champion Sloane Stephens reaching her first Grand Slam singles quarterfinal at the French Open on Monday. The former doubles No. 1 underlined her status as the triple threat of Roland Garros and asked about handling media attention she said she "really appreciates" talking to media since she feels doubles players are left out. Her next opponent Cori Gauff has had a lot of media attention from an early age and Krejcikova thinks that "too much pressure for (her)". The 25-year-old said Gauff "is amazing" but wants to focus on her mixed and doubles before preparing her quarter-final match.
