Tennis News : Djokovic nowhere to be seen but Tennis Australia insist Serb not out of ATP Cup

Tennis Australia claimed on Tuesday that Novak Djokovic has not pulled out of the ATP Cup, that's despite the arrival of several of the games stars touching down in Melbourne ahead of the first Grand Slam of the year.

The world number one was not amongst those to arrive and has previously refused to confirm if he has been vaccinated against coronavirus.

Tennis Australia have organised charter flights to bring international stars into Melbourne and Sydney, or players can opt to fly commercial.

The nine-time Australian Open champion could win a record 21st Grand Slam title at Melbourne Park, but to enter Australia he and members of his entourage have to be vaccinated.
