Tennis: Kiki Bertens advances after Caroline Wozniacki retires in the second round of the Western and Southern Open

Caroline Wozniacki retired from the Western & Southern Open in Cincinnati. The second seed from Denmark called for medical assistance twice in the first set against Kiki Bertens from the Netherlands. After dropping the set 6-4, Wozniacki conceded to Bertens after another visit by the physio. Wozniacki has yet to comment on the severity of her injury and whether she will be ready for the U.S. Open in two weeks.
