Tennis: Azarenka beats defending champion Svitolina in epic match at Italian Open

Victoria Azarenka came back from one set down and 5-2 down in the third to defeat 2017 and 2018 winner Elina Svitolina in the second round of the Italian Open. After wasting a match point at 5-2, the defending champion was broken three times in a row, with the Belarussian wild card wrapping up the match 4-6, 6-1, 7-5 in two hours and 18 minutes.
