German club Bayern Munich has put out a statement saying they will resume training in small groups and at the same time urged the supporters to stay away from the training ground. According to the statement released by the club, the training will be done in coordination with government policy and the relevant authorities. The statement also added that all hygiene regulations will be strictly observed. The pass catchers are coming on to the field for the first time since Bundesliga was suspended due to the coronavirus. Bayern led the table by four points when the season was halted on March 13. Bayern said that training will be held in private with no members of the public allowed. Last month, the club had handed coach Hansi Flick a new contract keeping him at the club until 2023.
