Superbike World Championship standings leader Jonathan Rea claimed his third successive victory, leading the way in the first of two races in Italy. Rea was in a class of his own at the front of the race, easing to his ninth race win of the season and third in succession. Davies finished as runner-up for a third race in succession - and now sits 80 points behind Rea at the top of the standings - while Laverty completed the podium places.
