Kanthi D Suresh slams the Indian Olympic Association on its ‘Jingoistic Predictions’

While Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju and IOA chief Narinder Batra have predicted a double-digit medal haul in Tokyo Olympics, Editor-in-chief Kanthi D Suresh says the duo are too sanguine to make such a claim. Kanthi D Suresh says that for a nation that hasn’t won double-digit Olympic medals in 100 years, it is poor ‘math’ on part of the Sports Minister and IOA chief to make such an unrealistic claim.
