Golf: Oliver Bekker leads by one after first round of the Alfred Dunhill Championship

South Africa's Oliver Bekker fired a 66 to lead by one stroke after the first round of the Alfred Dunhill Championship. High winds and fast greens made for a testing day and Bekker was the man to best conquer the conditions, moving to six under and opening up a one-shot lead over Australian Dimitrios Papadatos. Frenchman Raphael Jacquelin was then at four under, a shot clear of a large group of players including defending champion Brandon Stone.
