Golf : Italian Andrea Pavan leads after first round of BMW International Open in Munich

Italy's Andrea Pavan fired an opening round of 66 to top the leaderboard on six under par at the International Open in Munich on Thursday. Martin Kaymer delighted the home fans with a bogey-free 67 to lie a shot back alongside Oliver Wilson. Some players have yet to compete their opening rounds after play was suspended mid-afternoon because of the threat of thunderstorms.
