Football News: Ronaldo passes 100-goal mark for Portugal

Cristiano Ronaldo becomes the first European to score 100 international goals in men's football and then passed that mark with both goals in the UEFA Nations League 2-0 win over Sweden. After making his first senior international appearance as an 18-year-old in 2003, Ronaldo notched up his first goal for Portugal in a 2-1 defeat by eventual winners Greece at Euro 2004. Ronaldo is capped 165 times by Portugal and is second only to Iran's Ali Daei who has 109 goals in the list of top men's international goal scorers.
