Football: 'Huge step' if the FA appoint a black chairman - Mings

Aston Villa and England defender Tyron Mings said on Tuesday it would be "a huge step" for a black or ethnic minority man or woman to be appointed as successor to Greg Clarke in the role of chairman of the English Football Association, but the 27-year-old said the main focus should be on ensuring equal opportunities for all when applying for such positions and "for everybody to have a fair crack at the whip."
