Football: FC Porto leave it late to beat v.Guimaraes 3-2

Substitute Luis Diaz slotted home the winner for FC Porto ten minutes from time, as they beat Vitoria Guimaraes 3-2 in the latest action from the Portuguese La Liga on Tuesday (29th December). Rochinha had put Guimaraes ahead in just the seventh minute, but Medhi Taremi drew the visitors level shortly before halftime. A sublime diving header from Oscar Estupinan restored the Guimaraes lead midway through the second half, but it lasted mere minutes before Taremi dragged his side level once more. The cool finish from Diaz gave Porto the lead for the first time in the game and they duly held on to take all three points.
