Football: Bayern Munich beat Stuttgart 4-1

Bayern Munich moved back up to second in the Bundesliga and cut Borussia Dortmund's lead to six points with a 4-1 home win over Stuttgart. Thiago fired them in front after just five minutes, but Anastasios Donis' strike meant the sides were level at half-time. Second half goals from Leon Goretzka, Robert Lewandowski and an own goal from Christian Gentner ensured the win. Stuttgart remain just three points clear of the relegation zone.
