Cricket News: IPL 2020 - Delhi to face Mumbai in final

Delhi will lock horns against Mumbai in the 2020 IPL final at the Dubai International Stadium. Delhi are eyeing their maiden IPL title as they are playing their first-ever IPL final while Rohit Sharma led Mumbai are eyeing their fifth IPL crown. Mumbai has beaten Delhi thrice this season including a win in qualifier-1. Delhi beat Hyderabad in qualifier-2 to enter the final while Mumbai was the first team to make it to the final beating Delhi in Qualifier-1. Mumbai's top order is in terrific form with Quinton de Kock, Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav performing consistently. Mumbai also comprises power-hitters like Keiron Pollard and Hardik Pandya capitalised from the good starts to convert into big knocks. Captain Rohit Sharma has been off-colour with the bat and he has also missed few matches due to injury. Pacers Jasprit Bumrah and Trent Boult have led the pace attack in style and wreaked havoc against all the teams. Experience off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin, Axar Patel will also hold the key with the new ball and medium-pacer Marcus Stoinis. In Delhi's batting line-up, Shikhar Dhawan is in terrific form scoring over 600 runs for Delhi and is at the second spot in the list of leading run-scorers of IPL 2020. Dhawan has won IPL playing for Hyderabad. Ashwin too has won IPL playing for Chennai.
