Basketball: Lakers move within one game of NBA Finals

Anthony Davis and LeBron James helped to hold off a spirited Denver Nuggets team, as the Los Angeles Lakers moved to within one win of the NBA Finals. Davis scored a game-high 34 points and James added 26 as the Lakers won Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals 114-108. The Nuggets have been 3-1 down twice so far in the postseason, recovering from that deficit against the Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Clippers. Jamal Murray led the underdogs with 32 points and eight assists, including a gravity-defying shot over James. After the game, an emotional James said he will continue to demand justice for Breonna Taylor, describing her death in March as a tragedy.
