Basketball : Barcelona beat Zalgiris Kaunas in round seven of Euroleague

Barcelona defeated Zalgiris Kaunas 93-86 in round seven of the Euroleague, putting their first defeat of the new Euroleague season behind them. Cory Higgins scored his season-high 27 points, while Nikola Mirotic got 24 for the Catalan side. Zach Leday was top scorer with 16 points.
