Badminton News : Indian shuttlers’ Mixed doubles team all set for Swiss Open 2021

After a series of disappointments for Indian shuttlers, another chance to prove their mettle has come for them in the form of Swiss Open 2021. Mixed doubles pair of Pranav Chopra and N. Sikki Reddy will lock horns with Malaysian pair of Peck Yen Wei and Chen Tang Jie. In the other encounter today, Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Ashwini Ponappa will square off against Malaysia’s Hafiz Faisal and Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja. The tournament unfortunately will be held behind closed doors and no spectators will be allowed at this year’s Swiss Open edition due to the ongoing pandemic.
