News : IOA treasurer, VP lambast IOA chief Batra, accuse him of ruining IOA’s image

Indian Olympic Association Associate Executive Council member Bholanath Singh has filed a complaint to Sports Secretary Ravi Mittal against IOA treasurer Mr. Anandeshwar Pandey for violating Sports Code on terms and tenure rules. A complaint of the letter has been exclusively accessed by Power Sportz in which Mr. Singh has alleged that Mr. Pandey has violated the Sports code and for being eligible for the third term created the minutes of the AGM held on 09.01.2011 inter alia indicating his resignation from the post of Treasurer “soon after” the elections. Singh in his complaint has also hit out at IOA Vice President Mr. Sudhanshu Mittal and Secretary General Rajiv Mehta saying that these two might sabotage the inquiry process as they have been asserted that no one in the ministry can do anything without their wish.
