Tennis: Schwartzman defeats Ruud in three sets in the German Open first round

Diego Schwartzman survived a scare before he overcame wildcard Casper Ruud in three sets and progress to the second round of the German Open. Schwartzman, a quarter-finalist at the French Open last month, had defeated Ruud at both the Australian Open and in Rio de Janeiro this year.
