Tennis: Kvitova wins thriller over Jabeur in Qatar Open quarter-finals

Petra Kvitova secured a hard-fought victory over Ons Jabeur in three sets to advance in the semi-finals of the Qatar Open. The 2018 champion came through two tie-breaks to beat Tunisia's Ons Jabeur 7-6(2), 7-6(4) in the quarter-finals. The eighth seed and saved two set points in the second set before securing the victory. Kvitova will face world number one Ashleigh Barty in the semi-finals.
