Novak Djokovic said he was relieved to "pull this one through" after he overcame neck problems suffered throughout the week and fought back from a set down in the final with a 1-6, 6-3, 6-4 victory over Milos Raonic, which secured his second Western and Southern Open title in New York on Saturday.
