Tennis: Defending champion Sousa beats Popyrin to reach second round of Estoril Open

Defending champion and home favourite Joao Sousa came through a tough three-setter to defeat 19-year-old Australian Alexei Popyrin 6-4, 2-6, 6-2 in the opening round of the Estoril Open.
