World number eight Matteo Berrettini became the inaugural winner of the Ultimate Tennis Showdown on Sunday with a sudden death win over Greece's Stefanos Tsitsipas. After the four quarters were shared, the Italian prevailed 3-2 in sudden death - having to save two match points in the process. Berrettini had designs on a quick win, having taken the first two quarters but Tsitsipas rallied to take the next two and force the sudden death decider.
