News : Official apathy 'robs' athletes of records

Perhaps those 600 Athletes who came for Delhi State Championships would have broken many records but the official time keeper was not present and the timings recorded were all stop watch timings. Also, the president of Delhi State Athletics Association Sunny Joshua said he wasn’t aware of any “payment dues” and agreed it was a huge setback for the athletes.
