Football: Conte reveals past opportunities to coach Real Madrid

Antonio Conte has stated his focus is on Inter Milan but admitted he had the opportunity to coach Real Madrid. Conte: "My only focus is on Inter in this moment. I'm very happy I started this new project with a solid club and I think we can build something important together in the future. I repeat I'm totally focused on Inter right now but in the past there were one or two occasions where there was the opportunity to become Real Madrid's manager. Maybe the timing was not right but I'm grateful to the president [Florentino Pérez] who wanted to give me that chance. But, again, in this moment of my career, I want to give my all to this project with Inter and I am only focused on our objectives."
