India coach Ravi Shastri responded to criticism of India during their tour of Australia on Sunday, saying 'when you are millions of miles away, it is very easy to fire blanks.' Australia thrashed India by 146 runs in the second Test in Perth, which prompted criticism of the team and Shastri's selection policy. Shastri however dismissed the flak and seemed confident India would win in Australia after earlier Test defeats to South Africa and England saying 'third time lucky'. The series is currently tied at 1-1 with two Tests remaining, and the coach insisted on Sunday that morale in the team is good despite that heavy defeat in Perth. Ravi Ashwin remains doubtful for the Boxing Day Test, while Ravi Jadeja is also carrying a minor injury.
