It comes as great news for young budding cricketers as s team from Uttarakhand will finally feature in the Ranji Trophy ending an 18-year wait. The BCCI has decided to form a nine-member 'consensus committee' as an ad hoc committee to oversee the state's domestic debut in the upcoming season.
