Cricket: England v Australia first Test - Preview

England put the finishing touches on Wednesday to their preparations for the first Ashes Test against Australia which starts on Thursday at Edgbaston. The home side have a couple of choices to make over the composition of their side, with Chris Woakes likely to get the nod on his home ground ahead of Jofra Archer who is still nursing a side strain picked up during the World Cup. Sam Curran and Olly Stone are also in the squad - but the familiar new-ball attack of James Anderson and Stuart Broad are expected to line up once again.
