Golf: Woodland beats Koepka to win US Open

Gary Woodland held off Brooks Koepka to win his first major title at the US Open. Woodland carded a two-under-69 in the final round to win by three strokes at Pebble Beach. Two-time reigning champion Koepka made a charge with a fourth-round 68, but fell short. Justin Rose, who as a stroke behind heading into the last round, finished six shots back.
