Golf: Tiffany Joh holds a four shot lead after the opening round of the Ladies Scottish Open

For much of the day, it was those with the earliest tee times who dominated at the top of the leaderboard. The Korean trio of Jenny Shin, Amy Yang and In-Kyung Kim all impressed and recorded identical scores of 66, five-under-par, early in the day to enjoy a temporary share of first place. But out in front is US golfer Tiffany Joh. A run of four straight birdies from the 10th to 13th holes saw her cruise up the leaderboard, before a final flourish at the 18th hole saw her card a highly impressive round of 62, nine-under-par.
