Nelly Korda shot to the top of the leaderboard at the halfway point of the Women's PGA Championships at The Highlands Course in Georgia, USA, on Friday. The American started the day at two-under, but strung together an amazing six successive birdies as she closed out her round, to take the lead at 11-under. Fellow American Lizette Salas (-10) started the day strongly, however found it difficult to break par on the back nine and signed for a 67. Frenchwoman Celine Boutier (64), American Cydney Clanton (67) and Canadian Alena Sharp (68) are tied for third at seven-under.
