Football: Wayne Rooney Arrested

Wayne Rooney was arrested on public intoxication charges and swearing last month in the US. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office confirmed Rooney was arrested in Virginia in December. The DC United striker and ex-England captain was released on a personal recognizance bond. Records from Loudoun General District Court showed Rooney paid a 25 dollar fine and 91 dollars in costs.
