Inter Milan are apparently growing more optimistic in their ability to secure a loan agreement for Chelsea's Romelu Lukaku.
The Bluess are willing to let Lukaku go on a loan as he is no more included in the first-team plan of the London club. While Chelsea paid an handsome amount to get the Belgium international but was unable to shape himself in the Bluess squad.
