Football News : Red Stars top Dash 2-1 on two own goals

Houston opened the scoring but back-to-back own goals three minutes apart gave the Chicago Stars a 2-1 win over the Dash on Sunday (11 July). Veronica Latsko gave the visitors the lead in the 62nd minute but her teammates Shea Groom and Katie Naughton mistakenly redirected balls into the Houston net in the 73rd and 76th minutes, respectively, to see the three points go to Chicago.
