With eight championships under their belt since FSG acquired the team in 2010,Liverpool is now ranked eighth in the Premier League, 15 points off of league-leading Arsenal. However, if Mbappe decides to leave PSG, according to the Daily Mail through Marca, PSG will reportedly look at signing Richarlison as a replacement.

The Brazilian international, 25, who was selected for Tite's 26-man World Cup squad, has only been with Spurs since July after his £60 million move from Everton.

According to the article, Richarlison would be open to leaving North London for Paris and reconnecting with his countryman and close friend Neymar. PSG reportedly kept a close eye on Richarlison for a while and even pondered signing the attacker, who was born in Nova Venecia, during the summer when Mbappe's future was up in the air.

Mbappe was strongly rumoured to be joining La Liga powerhouse Real Madrid in the summer. The Spanish club was aiming to entice the Frenchman to the Santiago Bernabeu when his contract expired.

Instead, PSG's No. 7 took the decision to sign a new three-year contract in Paris. Since then, he has had a stellar start to the 2022-23 season, tallying 18 goals and five assists in 19 games across all competitions.

Richarlison has made 13 appearances in all competitions, including eight starts, despite being gradually incorporated into Antonio Conte's first-team plans at the beginning of this season.

Richarlison has not scored in nine Premier League contests for Spurs, despite contributing three assists, but he did score twice in the 2-0 home victory over Marseille in the Champions League in September.

Richarlison's calf injury has prevented Conte from using the forward since the middle of October, but the forward might make his first-team comeback for Wednesday's EFL Cup third-round match against Nottingham Forest.

Along with Richarlison, PSG has been linked to a number of other attack-minded players, such as Rafael Leao of AC Milan, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia of Napoli, and Endrick of Palmeiras.
