Bayern Munich, already assured of qualification to the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League, rounded off their Group A campaign with an emphatic 2-0 win at home to Lokomotiv Moscow on Wednesday. Last season's champions earned the victory courtesy of second-half goals from Niklas Suele and Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting. The result lifts Bayern to 16 points at the top of Group A, seven clear of second-placed Atletico Madrid who join them in the knockout phase. The Bavarians won five and drew one of their round-robin matches.
