Football News: Andrea Agnelli wants UCL to become closed competition

At Tuesday's Leaders Sport Business Summit in London, Juventus and European Club Association chairman Andrea Agnelli advised UEFA to make the Champions League a closed competition. Agnelli wants UEFA to give fixed 24 out of 32 spots to rich clubs.
