Football News: AIFF takes football to new heights

The All India Football Federation, along with Jammu and Kashmir Football Association, had set up a high-altitude Grassroots Leaders course for physical trainers and footballers in Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir, from October 26 to 29. A total of 24 candidates were provided with the necessary training via practical and theory sessions, by AIFF Grassroots Instructor Intikhab Alam in Leh, Ladakh. Earlier this month, a State Development Workshop was also held in the city of Leh. The workshop that was held on October 9 aimed at bringing to light, the development projects that the AIFF is currently undertaking under the FIFA Forward Programme. This also includes hosting a number of Baby Leagues across the country.
