Football: Juventus beat Inter Milan 2-1 and climb to the top of the Serie A table

Juventus handed former boss Antonio Conte his first Serie A defeat as Inter Milan boss and climbed to the top of the table with a 2-1 win at San Siro on Sunday. Gonzalo Higuain's 80th-minute winner secured Derby d'Italia victory for the reigning champions. Paulo Dybala gave Maurizio Sarri's side a fourth-minute lead but Lautaro Martinez responded from the penalty spot 14 minutes later. But with 10 minutes remaining, Miralem Pjanic exchanged passes with Cristiano Ronaldo and then slipped in Higuain, who confidently swept home the winner.
