Football: 'It's not sport' - Pep Guardiola opposes idea of new European Super League

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has come out in opposition to the new European Super League. Guardiola said the principle behind the plan was 'not sport' as wins and losses on the pitch would not be reflected in achievement and failure for clubs involved. "It's not sport. It's not sport if success is already guaranteed. It's not sport if it doesn't matter if you lose," said the City manager.
