Reaction from head coach Jose Mourinho after Tottenham Hotspur beat Championship side Brentford 2-0 to reach the English Football League Cup final on Tuesday (5th January). Moussa Sissoko gave the hosts the lead in the 12th minute before Son Heung-min sealed the victory midway through the second half. Usually played over two legs, this season's EFL Cup semi-finals are one-legged ties to ease with fixture congestion caused by the delayed start to the season. Spurs will face the winners of Wednesday's second semi-final, a Manchester derby where United will target reaching their first final under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer by overcoming holders City. The final will take place at Wembley Stadium on 25th April, rescheduled from 28th February to increase the chances of fans being allowed to attend the competition's finale.
