UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin has made it clear on Tuesday that the prestigious European Football Championship has been postponed by one year until 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic. Last week, major European leagues decided to postpone their services until the start of April. Euro, which was due to happen from 12 June to 12 July in the 2020 summer, will now run from 11 June to 11 July next year. President Ceferin believes that it is UEFA’s major responsibility to help football clubs, fans and every other sector in this dark time.
