Football: Cruzeiro beats Atletico-PR on aggregate in the round of 16 in Copa do Brasil

Clube Atletico Paranaense fell to defending champions Cruzeiro Esporte Clube with a 3-2 aggregate score in the last 16 of the Copa do Brazil. Bergeson tallied a 92nd-minute goal to bring the visiting side level, but Atletico could not force extra time against the champions who took the lead barely six minutes earlier on a strike from Giorgian de Arrascaeta in the 86th minute. Cruziero won the first leg 2-1 back in May. The champions will face Santos in the two-leg quarterfinals next month.
