Football: Bundesliga leaders Dortmund suffer surprise loss to struggling Dusseldorf

Bundesliga leaders Borussia Dortmund suffered their first league defeat of the season as they were stunned 2-1 by struggling Fortuna Dusseldorf at the Merker-Spiel Arena on Tuesday. Dodi Lukebakio, who registered a hat-trick against Bayern Munich earlier in the season, was on the scoresheet again as he calmly finished after been played through on goal by Kevin Stoger in the 22nd minute. A Jean Zimmer thunderbolt - his first goal of the season - 11 minutes into the second half put the hosts firmly in control. Substitute Paco Alcacer scored late on for Dortmund, but Fortuna held on to record a significant victory. Dortmund's lead at the top has been cut to six points following Borussia Monchengladbach's 2-0 victory over Nurnberg, while Fortuna's fourth win of the season moves them out of the relegation zone
