Cycling: Alvaro Hodeg wins the first stage of the Tour of Deutschland

Alvaro Hodeg finished the 157-kilometer race in 3 hours and 35.05 seconds. Pascal Ackermann came behind on second in a photo finish. Niccolo Bonifazio came half a wheel back in third.
