England captain Eoin Morgan addressed the media on Tuesday and spoke about the Yorkshire County Cricket Club racism scandal, insisting he does not 'shelter' the players 'from anything that's going on.' Morgan also said the team have talked 'about discrimination quite a lot' during the T20 World Cup after a report found former Yorkshire player Azeem Rafiq suffered racial abuse whilst with the County side. The 35-year-old believes his side can be 'really strong role models on the field' and hopes his team can inspire 'younger generations.'
